William “Bill” H. Leopard, age 83 of Sevierville passed away Tuesday June 19, 2018. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of River of Life Church of God. Pastor Victor Alley and Pastor Kenneth Cook will officiate. Interment will follow at Highland South Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by American Legion Post #104.
