Sammy Fortuna, 79, of Mt. Gay, died at Genesis Healthcare on June 6, 2018. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was stationed in Korea. Sammy worked for many years at his family’s business, Fortuna’s Produce Market at Mt. Gay. He was preceded in death by his parents Antonio and Josephine Morbito Fortuna of Mt. Gay.
