Obituary for Mrs. Ruth Marie Oliver Funeral Service for Mrs. Ruth Marie Oliver, 82, of New Site, Alabama, will be Friday, June 29, 2018 at 3:00 pm at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. Roger Green will officiate. Burial will follow in the Old Harmony in New Site. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm at Radney Funeral Home. Mrs. Oliver passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at East Alabama Medical Center. She was born on November 25, 1935 in Coosa County, Alabama to William Mack Carlisle and Mary Jane Carlisle. She was a member of Perryville Baptist Church. Mrs. Oliver loved the Lord, spending time with her family, friends and pets. She enjoyed reading her bible, talking on the phone, eating out, yard work, riding in the car and watching Alabama football. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Sue Daniel (Ray), Sara Mae Jordan (David), Robbie Jean Milam (Charles); son, Jerry Wayne Oliver (Regina); grandchildren, Jeremy Lynn Patterson (Tanya), Stevie Oliver (Shelly), Stanley Oliver, Tiffany Colley (Bradley), Sammy Bramblett, Matthew Milam, Larry Wallace (Cheyene), and Amber Browning (Joey); great-grandchildren, Addie Colley, Aubie Colley, Savannah Patterson, Seth Oliver, Chandler Rooks, Nicholas Brooks, and Star Rooks; great-great-grandchildren, Ragen and Eli Browning. She was preceded in death by her husband of 21 years, Charles Wardell Oliver; son, Charles Stanley Oliver and parents.
