Obituary for Ruth Hubbard Ruth Hubbard, 88, of Anderson, passed away on June 19, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born on November 4, 1929 in Knoxville, Tennessee and resided most of her life in Anderson. She dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren. She had also worked as a greeter at Walmart for ten years. She was a member of Connection Point Apostolic Church and loved working in her yard and flower gardens. Ruth is survived by her children, Joann Keith, Walter Hubbard Jr, Mary Sue (Jim) Riley, Margaret Funk, Danny Hubbard, Timothy Hubbard, Jerry (Ivonne) Hubbard, Elonda Messer, 22 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren; 4 siblings and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Mattie Taylor; husband, Walter Hubbard, Sr ; son, Kenneth Hubbard; son-in-law, Leroy Keith; daughters-in-law, Jimmie Hubbard, Julie Hubbard, 6 siblings; 2 grandchildren. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 24, 2018, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St. Anderson, IN. Services will be Monday, June 25, 2018, 11:30 am at the funeral home with Rev. Fred McGhee officiating. Burial will take place in the Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson. www.loosecares.com.
