Robert Shane Cline, age 47, of Nebo, North Carolina passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at his home. A native of Rutherford County, Shane is the son of Martha Sansing Johnson and the late Norman Cline. He is preceded in death by brothers Ronnie and Jeff Cline. Shane was an avid Harley Davidson rider. He was a loving son, husband, father and brother who never met a stranger. He will be missed greatly by all who knew him. Along with his mother, Shane is survived by his wife, Crystal Norville Cline; two children, Harley and Shana Cline; six step-children, Brent Hoyle, Bryson Wilkie, Blake Wilkie, James Jones, Jr., Aubrey Jones and Dolly Whitley. Also surviving Shane are one sister, Christal Luckadoo and one brother, Lonnie Cline. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 30, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Spindale Fellowship Holiness Church with Bruce Toney, Eddie Jolley and Reverend Ernie Cole officiating. A service to celebrate his life will be held following the visitation at 3:00 p.m. at the church. Those wishing to make a donation in Robert’s memory are asked to consider, Beam Funeral Service, 2170 Rutherford Road, Marion, North Carolina 28752, to help with funeral expenses.
