Rita Diane Brown Brackett, 57 of 113 Sparrow Lane, Bostic passed away, Friday, June 8, 2018 at her residence. Born May 20, 1961 in Rutherford County, she was a daughter of the late Alberry Brown and Mary Carolyn Henderson Dixon. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and was a member of First Broad Baptist Church in Golden Valley. Survivors include… Read More » a daughter, Jeanne Hulcey and husband, Jason of Lowell; four brothers, Leroy Hutchens of Ellenboro, Ricky Brown of Florida, Jim Brown and Andre Brown; five grandchildren, Olivia Hudson, Hannah Hudson, Jessie Hudson, George Hulcey and Issac Hulcey; and one great-grandchild, Baylin Hulcey. Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home. A funeral service will be 6:00 PM, Wednesday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be private. Memorials may be made to Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home & Cremation Center, PO Box 639, Fallston NC 28042 to help with funeral expenses.
