Mr. Rayburn Edward Sawyer, age 70 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Monday, June 25, 2018, at home. Funeral services for Mr. Sawyer will be conducted on Friday, June 29, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the Kenton chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Galen Hall officiating. Interment will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery, in Kenton, TN. He was born April 11, 1948 in Humboldt, TN; the son of the late Malcolm Eugene and Annie Bearnese (Reed) Sawyer. He was a warehouse manager at A & B Distributors, and member at Morella Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He is survived by children, Tracy Sawyer (Tina), Karen Montgomery; four grandchildren, Megan Edwards, Cy Davidson, Madison Davidson, Emily Sawyer; and three great grandchildren, Aden Beebe, Aaron Long, and Reagan Beebe. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Kenneth Earl Sawyer, and Phillip Eugene Sawyer. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 29, 2018 at the Kenton chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Rayburn Edward Sawyer.
