Obituary for Melissa Buckles Melissa Marie Buckles “Motz” Melissa Marie Buckles, age 17 of Billings, MT, was called home, on June 14, 2018, at Advance Care Hospital at 8:45 a.m. Melissa was born on January 28, 2001 in Billings, MT to April Marie Tsosie. Melissa grew up in Billings and attended Washington Elementary and Senior High. Melissa made many friends throughout her life. Melissa enjoyed many things, music, dancing and writing. She also enjoyed crocheting and football, her team is the Raiders. Melissa is a very loving, caring beautiful young girl. She loved her family more than anything. Melissa and her mother are best friends, they did everything together, sharing make-up and cloths; they could tell each other anything. Melissa enjoyed being a big sister to her brothers; David Buckles, Sonny Tsosie and sisters Tonisha Crawford, Nicole and Kimberly Tsosie. Melissa is grandma’s baby, she loves her grandma Mary, like no other. Melissa also enjoyed her time with her auntie Rae Ann; and enjoyed her time with all her cousins. Melissa had another best friend, Mike Head Chief Harding, they sure knew how to make one another laugh. Melissa’s boyfriend: James Motz; they love they shared is a love that one only wishes to find. They lite up the room with their laughs, smiling, you could feel their love for one another, “Two peas in a pod”. Melissa was very good at putting a smile on anyone’s face her charm glowed. Melissa’s passing left many broken hearts, she is greatly missed, there’s no words to explain how missed she really is. Melissa is survived by her parents; April and Edwin Tsosie; brothers David John Buckles, Sonny Tsosie; sisters; Tonisha Crawford, Nicole and Kimberly Tsosie; grandma Mary Jane Peltier; aunties: Rae Ann, Carrie, Nancy, Lisa and Bobbie; uncles: Alex Jr. Peltier, Ricky Peltier, Allan Peltier and many cousins. Melissa was preceded in death by her sister; Mary Kayla, Rose Peltier, grandpa; Alexander John Peltier. Our little angel: Melissa Marie Buckles may you “Rest in Peace”, spread your angel wings and fly high baby girls. Special thanks go out to Kim Kelch and Saraya Grant.
