Mary Frances Pullum, age 86, Toledo, Ohio passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Maumee, Ohio. She was born on February 11, 1932 in Athens, Alabama to Otis and Laura (Furline) Shields. Mary started working in 1960 in operational department for the Maumee Board of Education, where she would later retire from. Mary is survived by her children, Charles (Carol) Pullum of Knoxville, Tennessee and Betty (Marshall) Lewis of Maumee, Ohio; grandchildren, Carrie and Lori… Read More » of Knoxville, Tennessee and Jennifer of Sierra Vista, Arizona; great-grandson, Kaleb; sisters, Geneter Colwell and Dorothy Naves. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charlie, and siblings James, Richard, J.C., Van, Wilburn, L.B., Florine and Paulette. Visitation will be held from 12-8 pm on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio. Funeral services will take place at 11 am on Thursday, June 28, 2018 in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park, Toledo, Ohio.
