BALLENGEE, Martha Ann Age 76 of Brookville, Ohio passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 2, 2018. Martha was born in Hinton, West Virginia on August 29, 1941 to her parents, William & Ethel (Bragg) Rushford who have preceded her in death along with her husband, Bob Ballengee; brother, James Rushford; and step-son, Dr. Gregory Ballengee. Martha is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth “Libby” Ballengee (Mitch Miley); son, Bryant (Melaney) Ballengee; grandson, Bryce; step-daughter,… Read More » Dr. Christine Ballengee-Morris; sister-in-law, Patricia Pecoskie; cousin, Dale Bragg; and numerous other step-grandchildren, cousins, and friends. Martha was a longtime member of Community United Methodist Church, Delta Theta Tau Sorority, The Red Hat Society, and Eastern Star in Brookville. She also enjoyed volunteering at the Brookville Community Theatre for several years. Martha will be missed dearly. Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM Thursday evening at Rogers’ Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Trotwood, Ohio 45426. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Friday, June 8th also at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Brookville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Delta Theta Tau Sorority in memory of Martha.
