Marilyn Lee (Bostic) Stutler, 71 of Charleston entered into the presence of Jesus Wednesday, June 6, 2018, surrounded by her family. She was a faithful member of Charleston Mountain Mission Church for many years. She worked for a local doctor early in her life and was a homemaker for many years. She also worked serving elderly at Hilltop Acres Personal Care Home and worked in school based health. Marilyn’s compassionate heart prompted her to serve others in many capacities. … Read More » Marilyn enjoyed church activities, gardening, canning, crocheting. She was an exceptionally caring wife, mother and grandmother, with whom we shared many laughs. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, Jadie R. and Arbutus “Boots” Cavender Bostic. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, William “Danny” Stutler; daughters, Beth Tanzey and (Ted) of Charleston, Amy Null and (Chris) of Charleston, Meggan Beckner and (Jason) of Charleston, Joanna Stutler of Charleston. Grandchildren, Mike Tanzey, Leanna Tanzey, Cydnie Null, Cody Null, Addyson Beckner, Kamryn Beckner, Jayden Tanzey all of Charleston; sister, Barbara Page of Charleston and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Friday, June 8, 2018 at Charleston Mountain Mission Church with Pastor Kenny Petry officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. Visitation with the family will be from 5 to 8 PM Thursday June 7, at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home.
