Louise (Bucaria) Chenis, 79, of Pinellas Park, FL passed away Saturday, June 2, 2018. She was born September 30, 1938 in Brooklyn, NY to Joseph and Helen (DeJoseph) Bucaria. She is predeceased by her parents, husband, Frank L Chenis, son Martin Messing Jr., and granddaughter Rachel Melquist. She is survived by her children Donna Messing-Tenenblatt (Jerry), Alan and Jeffrey Messing, Frank Chenis Jr. (Sherry), Brian Chenis and Kristy Davis (Jeff), grandchildren Heather Tomasso (Brian), Joseph Messing, Ross and Leah Melquist, Joseph Chenis, Corbyn Paul Chenis and Chloe Messing. Great-grandchild Stella Tomasso. Aunt-Henrietta Mezzapella and several cousins. She is retired from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Department. Former Dunnellon City Council Member, President of the Suffolk County Department of Motor Vehicles and Buncombe County Department of Social Services. She enjoyed playing cards, puzzles, and bingo, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Visitation: Taylor Funeral Home on Thursday June 7, 2018 from 6 to 8 pm. Interment: Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens in Ocala on Friday June 8th
