Obituary for Louise Hensley (Holcombe) Louise Annie Holcombe Hensley, 89, of 23 Hensley Rd., passed away May 31, 2018 at Mission Hospitals. She was a lifelong resident of Buncombe county and the daughter of the late Garrett and Mamie Gaddy Holcombe. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Burnice Hensley. She will forever be remembered for her generosity and kindness towards others and will forever be in our hearts. Mrs. Hensley is survived by sons, Rick and Burnice Keith Hensley, nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 3:00pm Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Reverend David Crowder will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. A private burial will be held in the Greenwood Cemetery.
