Kenneth Ray Howell, 78, of Candler, NC, passed away on Friday, June 1, 2018 at his home in Candler. He was born on July 22, 1939 in Haywood County, NC to the late William Howell and Mildred Rogers Howell. Kenneth was the owner and operator of a refrigeration company and a United States Military Veteran. He is survived by his brother, James Howell of Candler, NC. Per his request, there will be no service. Penland Family Funeral Home is honored to be caring for the Howell Family.
