Judith Ann Ehlers, age 82 of Shelton, beloved husband of the late Kenneth G. Ehlers, passed away June 25, 2018 at Shady Knoll Health Center, Seymour. Judith was born in Derby, February 3, 1936, daughter of the late Joseph and Julia Harla Gazsi. During her life, she worked as a banker for the former Connecticut National Bank for several years until her retirement. She is survived by her son Michael Bouchard and his wife Dawn of Derby, her grandson Joshua Bouchard, and her brother William Gazsi of Shelton. Besides her husband and her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Sylvia Ferdina. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday June 29, 2018 at 10 AM DIRECTLY at St. Margaret Mary Church, 50 Donovan Lane., Shelton. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Shelton. There will be no calling hours. The James T. Toohey & Son Funeral Home, 92 Howe Ave., Shelton has been entrusted with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 200 Connecticut Ave., Suite 4E, Norwalk, CT 06854.
