Juan A Banda, (aka Johnny Banda), 64, of Irving, TX passed away on June l, 2018 at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center of Nashville, TN. He was born on June 24, 1953 in San Angelo, TX to Francisco Banda and Ruth Banda. Johnny was a finish carpenter most of his life, Later in life, he was more dedicated to cabinet work in major venues, including him working in the Dallas Cowboy stadium. He is survived by his wife, Leonora T Banda of Irving TX, his son; Johnny Banda Jr of Houston,… Read More » TX, son and his spouse, Joe and Mary Banda of San Angelo, TX, his daughter and spouse, Janie and Jeremiah Torres of Brady, TX. and daughter Barbara Banda of Irving, TX. He had 10 grandchildren, Andrew, Keno, Natalie, Ricky, Christian, Addison, Monica, Johnny Banda III, Bobbie, and Brenda and 1 great-granddaughter. As well as his brother Frank Banda, Jr, Sisters and spouses; Rachel A Banda, Diana and Santos Gonzales, Emma and Leonel Rodriguez, Eva and Dustin Kincaid, and Cindy and Clarene Edna Gamez. Johnny was proceeded in death by his infant daughter Ruth Banda, father Frank M Banda, and mother Ruth A Gamez sisters Martha B Gomez, Sylvia B Machado, and Henrietta A Banda. Viewing will be 10:00am to 8:00pm with the family present to receive friends from 6:00pm to8:00pm on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Robert Massie Funeral home. Funeral services are 10:00am Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Cremation will follow after according to his wishes.
