Obituary for Mr. Joseph Fraiser Mr. Joseph Fraiser, 98 years old, of 2802 Hwy 17 N. Mt. Pleasant, SC 29466, entered into rest on Tuesday, June 19, 2018. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife Mrs. Catherine S. Fraiser; his daughter Ms. Martha Fraiser; his step children Ms. Deborah, Ms. Cynthia, Mr. Joseph, and Ms. Carol Smalls; his brother Mr. Richard Fraiser (Lou); his sister in law Mrs. Elouise Fraiser, as well as many other family members and friends.
