FOLAN, JOHN of Norwood passed away on June 18, 2018 at the age of 91. John was born in Inverin, County Galway, Ireland on Dec. 5, 1926 to the Late Peter and Annie (Ridge) Folan. He was the Beloved husband of Margaret Mary (Loftus) Folan. Devoted father of Nancy E. Folan of East Walpole and Peter J. Folan and his wife Kimberly of East Walpole. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed working in his yard. John also was a member of the Norwood Irish Music Club. Funeral from the Kraw-Kornack Funeral Home 1248 Washington St. Norwood, Friday, June 22, 2018 at 10am followed by a funeral mass at 11am in St. Catherine of Siena Church Norwood. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 4-8pm. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery Norwood. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to the Norwood Firefighter’s Relief Assoc. Local #1631 135 Nahatan St. Norwood, MA 02062.
