Obituary of Joel White, Sr. Joel Robert White, Sr., 82, of Ocean City and formerly of Baltimore, died on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at his home. He was born in Shorts Creek, VA and was the son of the late Coy C. White and Mildred Myers White. Joel is survived by his wife, Linda S. White; four children, Joel White, Jr., Lynn White-Huggins, Kim Clements, and Timothy White; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. All services will be private.
