Canandaigua – Joan M. Fleming, age 86, passed away peacefully, on Saturday, June 2, 2018. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, John A. Fleming; two sons, Paul (Carolyn) Fleming and Mark (Janice) Fleming; four grandchildren; brother, Richard Cahill; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Patricia Williams. Joan was born in Hudson, NY, raised in Beacon, NY and was a graduate of Beacon High School, class of 1949. She was a devoted homemaker, who enjoyed gardening, playing cards and spending time with her family and grandchildren. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held Thursday, at 11 am, at Johnson-Kennedy Funeral Home, Inc., 47 N. Main St., Canandaigua. Inurnment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Canandaigua.
