Obituary of Jackie Smith Mr. Jackie Edward Smith, age 71, of Lafayette, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Macon County General Hospital in Lafayette, TN. Funeral services for Mr. Jackie Edward Smith are scheduled to be conducted on Saturday, June 16, 2018, at 11 AM from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Walton Cemetery. Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Thursday, June 14th at 4 PM and will continue until service time on Saturday at 11 AM.
