Hyllis Joe Blackburn, age 45, departed from our lives on Saturday June 23, 2018. Visitation will be from 2:30 – 3:30 pm on Friday June 29, 2018, at Reflection. Hyllis was born on April 29, 1973 to the late Joe Blackburn and Beverly Brown Blackburn in Petoskey Michigan. She was a free spirit who enjoyed walks with her sister’s, swimming and jumping off the pier with her brother. She enjoyed helping others throughout her life regardless of what it was. She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing games and reading a good book. She enjoyed cooking and spent the past four years employed at Cracker Barrel. She is survived by her Mother Beverly, Children Tyra and Cordell Williams, Sisters Barbara, Ruth (Doug Kujat), and Brother Glenn (Karen). Partner, Troy Lordson and several nieces and nephews. She also left behind several friends that she has touched throughout the years with her kind smile and warm heart. She was preceded in death by her Father, 1 Sister, and 1 Brother.
