Gustavo G. Cardenas, Gustavo G. Cardenas (Tavo), of San Angelo, passed away on Friday June 8, 2018 in San Angelo, TX. Tavo was born in Ballinger to Zaragosa and Mary (Gomez) Cardenas on March 5, 1929. He married Elida De Los Santos on May 27, 1950 in San Angelo. He played baseball with the San Angelo Eagles and the South Side Lions Club. He is preceded in death by parents and three brothers and his sons Robert and David.
