Obituary for Gerry D. Cook Gerry D. Cook, 71, of Lake Pleasant passed away peacefully at Ellis Hospital on June 14, 2018 following a brief illness. His loving family was by his side. Gerry was employed as a NYSDEC Caretaker for the Piseco Campgrounds. Survivors include his wife, Roxanne Cook, son, Daniel Cook of Saratoga and daughter Molly(Jeffrey) Madison of Charlton. He is also survived by a sister, Vivian Cook of NC and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 from 2pm until 4pm at the Northville Funeral Service, Inc. 401 Bridge Street, Northville, NY 12134. A service will follow at 4pm.
