Gerald Thomas Schubert died peacefully, at his home in Wartburg, TN on June 28, 2018 at the age of 77. Tom is survived by his sons Gerald Thomas Schubert II, Dante Schubert, and Deric Schubert, his sister Geneva Clay and grandchildren Gerald Thomas Schubert III, Trevor Schubert, Justin Schubert, Liza Schubert, Davis Schubert, Paige Schubert, Haley Schubert, Austin Schubert and MacKenzie Schubert. He is preceded in death by his mother Flora Zick and father Henderson Schubert both of Wartburg. Tom was born on May 11, 1941 in Harriman, Tn to Flora Zick and Henderson Schubert. He served honorably in the United States Army from 1958-1964. He retired from Universal in 2003. The family has arranged a private ceremony. Schubert Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Mr. Gerald Thomas Schubert.
