Floyd Daniel Gratts Sr., passed away Thursday, June 7, 2018, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 11 a.m. Friday, June 15, 2018 at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel. Interment: Willow Springs Cemetery. Floyd Daniel Gratts Sr. was born Feb. 17, 1952, in Weatherford, the tenth of fifteen children to Lawson and Myrtle Chandler Gratts. He married the love of his life, Angela, in Weatherford, on June 30, 1971, and together reared their sons, Floyd Jr. and Michael. Floyd was preceded in death by a brother, Melvin Douglas Gratts; and sister, Alana Faye Foster. Survivors: Wife, Angela “Nola” Gratts; sons, Floyd Daniel Gratts Jr. and wife, Donna, and Michael DeLerrence Gratts and wife, Amy, Bryan Gratts and Jamal Gratts ; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild on the way; siblings, Evelyn Loudres, Aldrin Gratts, Idella Pollard, Geraldine Turner, Jack Gratts, Joe Gratts, Virginia Green, Lewis Gratts, Charles Gratts, Lenora Alston, James Gratts, and Bobby Gratts ; and a host of loving family and friends.
