Evelyn Janette (Stout) Segina, 89, entered the Kingdom of Heaven, on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at The Jewish Home in Harrisburg, PA. She was born on April 21, 1929, to the late Fulmer Stout and Helen (Johnsonbaugh) Stout in Paxtonville, PA. She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Victor J. Segina; daughters, Nancy Bistline (Eric), Teresa Sopchick (Robert), and Carol Knapp (Ronald); five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Betty Sanford, and Lois Lewis. Evelyn owned and operated her own hair salon. She was a member of the ABWA, Eastern Star, and the Hummel Club. Some of her favorite hobbies included traveling, butterflies, and John Wayne. She was an avid collector of dollhouses and Shirley Temple Dolls. However, her true passion in her life was being with her family. A viewing will be held at 11am, followed by a funeral service at 12pm, on Friday, June 29, 2018, at Hetrick-Bitner Funeral Home, 3125 Walnut St., Harrisburg, PA. Burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Celtic Hospice-900 Century Dr.- Suite #201, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
