Port Byron – Erika Brooke Westover, 15, of Port Byron, died unexpectedly on May 29, 2018. Erika was born in Syracuse, NY on April 18, 2003. She was the daugther of Jonathon M. and Bridget A. Westover. Erika was a very kind, sweet, caring person who was adored and loved by many. She could always put a smile on anyone’s face and was the happiest girl. Erika enjoyed going to get ice cream and curly fries, ride her fourwheeler, watch her favorite tv shows and swimming. She loved being included in anything as long as it included people. She is survived by a sister, Brittany and a brother, Michael, who she loved deeply. In addition to surviving are grandparents, Stanley Westover and Phyllis/ Mark Hulbert; aunts, Heather Petruzzi, Jeannie Laird, Fran Westover, Darlene Lanphere and Barbara Pinkney; uncles, Larry Westover and Rob Lanphere; dog, Miley; and many cousins, who she adored. A private service and buriel will be held on June 4, 2018 at Audioun Funeral Home by the request of the family. The family would like to mention four special people who affected her life tremendously; Amy Coleman, Devyn Jones, Kathy Thompson and Fran Westover. These four special people helped Erika blossom as an individual and were always there for her. There is nothing more valuable in the world to us, other than what these individuals did for Erika. Erika will be remembered by all for her smile and the for the love she had for her family. Please consider contributing in Lieu of Flowers in the honor of the Erika Brooke Westover Scholarship Fund.
