Ella Pearl “Puggy” Secrist, age 81 of Orange, Texas, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018 in Katy, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Magnolia Cemetery in Woodville, Texas. Ella was born in Port Arthur, Texas on January 24, 1937 to Mary Kate Miller Mahon and Robert D. Mahon. She worked for many years in the manufactured home industry. Puggy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends eating out, especially the gumbo from Roberts. Ella was preceded in death by her parents and nine siblings. Survivors include her children; Edwin Secrist and his wife Michelle of Katy, TX, Tina Marie Scaggs and her husband Alan of North Vernon, IN, Kathy and Darlene. Two brothers, Milton Mahon and his wife Marion of Bridge City, TX and Roger Mahon and his wife Ruby Kay of Bridge City, TX.
