Obituary for Donald Camblin Donald Lee Camblin, 99, of Billings, Montana, formerly of Morocco, Indiana passed away April 13, 2017. He was born in Morocco on October 3, 1917, the son of Lawson and Jessie (Robertson) Camblin. He spent most of his life in Morocco and moved to Montana nine years ago. He graduated from Morocco High School with the Class of 1935. He went on to attend Purdue University for two years. On April 4, 1941, in Rensselaer, Indiana he married his wife of 71 years, Wiladene (Brandt) Camblin. She passed away on January 22, 2013. Donald owned and operated Camblin Electric in Morocco from 1945-1989. He was an active member of the First Christian Church of Rensselaer. He was a 75-year member of the Masonic Lodge and a 33rd Degree Mason. He was an avid Purdue basketball and football fan and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and woodcarving. Donald is survived by his two sons, James Douglas (Janis) Camblin of Yarnell, Arizona and Lee Alan (Mary Beth) Camblin of Billings, Montana; two grandsons, Jeff (Marcie) Camblin of Surprise, Arizona and Aaron Camblin of Phoenix, Arizona; three great-grandchildren: Skylar Camblin of Surprise, Arizona and Alexander and Andan Camblin, both of Phoenix, Arizona; and his brother, Edward Camblin of Morocco, Indiana. He was preceded in death by: his parents; and his wife, Wiladene. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 11, 2017 from 12 p.m. until time of memorial service at 2 p.m. (CDT) at Steinke Funeral Home of Morocco. Rev. Elizabeth Hartmann officiating. A Masonic service will be held at the funeral home just prior to the memorial service at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Russell Chapel Cemetery.
