Obituary for Don Wagner 79 year-old Donald Wagner of Cowden, Illinois formerly of Carpentersville, Illinois died Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Barnes- Jewish Hospital, St Louis, Missouri. Cremation Rites have been accorded and Graveside Services will be held at a later date with Earl Baker officiating. Inurnment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Bowling Green Township, Fayette County, Illinois. Donald Wagner was born July 10, 1938 in Dorr Township, McHenry County, Illinois the son of Charles R. and Marian (Buhrman) Wagner. Donald was raised in Woodstock, Illinois and graduated from Woodstock High School with the Class of 1956. Donald married Nettie Black Hager on July 9, 1994, and he was employed as a machinist for Union Special in Huntley, Size Control in Elk Grove Village, and Precision Twist Drill in Crystal Lake. Donald was a diehard Green Bay Packers fan his entire life. Donald is survived by his wife Nettie; daughters Jodi (Joseph) DeLuca of Glendale, Arizona and Wendi (Walter) Lesniak of Woodstock, Illinois; step-daughter Angela (Ray) Tomassi of Benton, Kentucky; step-son Jeffery (Tami) Hager of Seoul, South Korea; six (6) grandchildren; and two (2) great-grandchildren.
