Obituary for Dexter Balin Dexter D. Balin, age 42, of Milford passed away on June 4, 2018 peacefully in his home. He was born in Quezon City, Philippines to Mario and Erlinda Dionisio Balingcongan on September 17, 1975. He was a private duty nurse and a manager for Jollibee Foods Corp. in the Philippines. Dexter was a devoted husband and father, an avid gamer, gun and car enthusiast, enjoyed electronics and was a member of C & C. Besides his parents, he is survived by his loving wife Raquel Fermil Balin, daughter Vanessa Ashley Balin and son Alastarie F. Balin all of Milford, brothers Darwin Balingcongan and his wife Claire of Los Angeles, CA, and Dave Balin and his wife Lisette of Belleville, NJ, and sister Liza Hines and her husband Emery of Cherry Hill, NJ. Calling hours are Thursday, June 7th and Friday, June 8th from 4pm to 8pm at the Smith Funeral Home, 135 Broad St., Milford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, June 9th at St. Mary’s Church, Gulf St., Milford at 11am. Interment will be private.
