Obituary for Deborah “Debbie” Wagner Deborah “Debbie” Wagner, age 53, of Bristol, TN passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend who had a heart of gold. She married David in 1986 but they had dated since 1980. Debbie loved her boys, her family, friends and her dogs. She was a member of State Street United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, David Wagner; two sons, Joshua Garrett Wagner and Sidney Cain Wagner; parents, Ronald and Mary Jeanette Wagoner; sisters, Teresa Carter and Tammy Wade and husband, Mark; her father and mother-in-law, William and Faye Wagner; brothers-in-law, Robbie Wagner and wife, Robin and Philip Wagner and wife, Rachel; seven nieces and nephews and her god-children, Garrett and Bennett Horn. A celebration of life will be held at 4:00 P.M., Sunday, July 1, 2018 at The Virginian Golf Club with receiving of friends from 3:00 – 5:00 P.M. The family would like to give a sincere Thank You to the staff of Bristol Regional Medical Center and the staff in the ICU.
