He was born March 12, 1954 in Fourmile, KY to the late Lester and Elsie Charles Gray. He had worked for Stanley Pipeline. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Etta Mae Gray; siblings Franklin Gray, Vernon Gray, Molly Mae Edmondson, Opal Brooks, Elmer Lee Gray and Cleveland Gray.
