I say goodbye to you in the flesh but the spirit of you lives on in my thoughts, my heart and my soul. It’s taken me a while to accept that you were call home. My selfishness led to anger, guilt then grief – yearning for the time I should have spent, could have spent, I desire to spend. Many got to know you, the kind gentle spirit, always the positive, always a phone call away. I so miss those jokes on the way home, that brotherly advice, and that push to keep moving forward.
