Surviving relatives include his wife, Margie Johnson Parker; sons Coy Parker, Jr. and Earl Parker; daughters Charlotte Parker and Annette Madden; brothers Percy and Reginald Parker; sisters Percell Harris, Sarah Terry and Rosa Laws; and five grandchildren.
