Obituary for Celia Garcia Celia R. Garcia, 88, was born September 21, 1929 to Selustriano Reyes Sr. and Emilia Garcia in Fannin, TX. She passed away on June 22, 2018. Celia was known by most of her family and friends as Riche. She was a great cook in whatever she was making; from candy or cookies to delectable meals. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jesus M. Garcia; four sisters, Irene Serna (Santos), Tomasita Muniz (Urbano Sr.), Estella (Jose), Petra Edison (Thomas); brother, Selustriano Reyes Jr. Celia leaves behind her daughter, Teresa Garica-San Miguel (Paul); Son, Jesse Ray Garcia (Vicky); sister in law, Ester Reyes; grandchildren, Lauren Danielle Garcia, Gabriel Eric Garcia, Isaac Ray Garcia. Family will be available for a visitation from 5:00 – 7:00 Pm with Rosary to follow on Thursday, June 28th at 7:00 PM at Grace Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 29th at 10:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Goliad with The Very Reverend Charles E. Otsiwah officiating; burial to follow at Swickheimer/San Antonio River Cemetery in Fannin, TX. Pallbearers are Lauren Garcia, Gabriel Garcia, Isaac Garcia, Paul San Miguel, Jesse Garica, and Selustriano Reyes III. Honorary pallbearers are all of her close family and friends.
