She was born on March 10, 1955 in San Antonio, TX to Billy Ray and Loresta Marie (Reed) Webster. Brenda has lived in Belton to past five years. She is a very special aunt, godmother, friend and survivor. She is preceded in death by her parents Billy Ray and Loresta Webster and a brother John Thomas Webster. Brenda will be greatly missed by her sister Rabecca Herd and husband Chris, her two brothers Billy Ray Webster Jr. and Allen Webster, her cousin Amy Vickers, her niece Este Webster and her family friend Jon David.
