Bernard “Bernie” I. Lamon Age 86, of Union Grove passed away Saturday, June16, 2018 at his residence. He was born on April 28, 1932 to George and LeStencia (nee Harmes) Lamon in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. The family moved to St. Francis, WI when he was 12 years old. Bernie proudly served in the U. Bernie will be missed by his large loving family: he is survived by his wife, children: Gwen, William (Christine), Cindy (Dan), and Peggy, grandchildren: Anthony, Jodi, Rebecca, Lindsey, Laura, Trevor, Caleb, Vincent and Naomi, 12 great-grandchildren. He is further survived by his siblings: Arthur, Willard, David and Genevra, many nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends. Bernie was preceded in death by his parents, daughter: Patricia, grandson Christopher, siblings Georgia, Virginia, Richard, Jean, Janice, Sharon, Joyce, George Jr. and James. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June21, 2018 at 11:30 AM at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, with Pastor David Ramirez officiating. Relatives may visit with the family on Thursday from 9:30AM until 11:00AM, at the church. A Private Burial will take place at Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery.
