Obituary for Ann Marie Purcell Ann Marie Purcell passed away peacefully at home on June 23, 2018 after a long battle with Huntington’s disease. She is survived by daughters Carly (Michael), Gianna and Nicollette, son, Fredrick Tyler, and grandchildren, Michael and Gwyneth. Wife to the late Dr. Frederick Purcell; daughter of the late Lucille and Carlo Allegro; sister to Paul Allegro (Linda) and the late Nick Allegro (Jean) and beloved aunt to many. Ann Marie will be remembered as a strong woman who never stopped fighting. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Huntington’s Disease Society of America (HDSA), Illinois Chapter (illinois.hdsa.org).
