William McKinney Obituary Bill McKinney, age 78, of Madison, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. Memorial service will be at 11 AM on Saturday, May 4th at Rustand-Weiland Funeral Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service. A private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
