Virginia “Ginny” Duggins Obituary Hamilton – Virginia “Ginny” Duggins. Beloved wife of the late Clifford Duggins. Devoted mother of the late Kay (the late Ron) Grace, Pat (Jerry Rhea) Perry, Cheryl (Bob Wirtley) Turner, and Jim (Regina) Duggins. Also survived by her special niece, Darlene Milton, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, & great-great-grandchildren. Virginia passed away on April 28, 2024 at the age of 98 years.
