Terry was born on November 14, 1954, in Fort Worth, Texas, and moved as a child to San Antonio. There, she attended John Marshall High School and met her future husband, Bob. Following graduation, Terry returned to Fort Worth with her family and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at Texas Wesleyan College, graduating in 1977. Initially working at Arlington Memorial Hospital, Terry soon chose to focus on raising her two sons. When they entered school, she transitioned to a fulfilling care…
