Steven Noel, a wonderful man and outstanding husband of Jayne Webber Noel, passed away on April 18 at the age of 58 after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Steven was an amazing person. He always offered to help others, took time to talk, show kindness and care for everyone he met. We were a small unit of three- two humans, one dog! We spent a wonderful life together-a journey full of adventures-a positive outlook on life, enjoying each other each day and all the little things that happened. We …
