Steven Frederick Parks passed away peacefully at his childhood home in Clinton, Maryland, where he spent most of his life. Steven was born in Texas on May 23, 1974. Steven was a kind, sensitive, and extremely generous person. He was a free spirit and considerate of everyone. After his father passed away in 1992, he stood by his mom’s side.
