Norma Jean Miller, 81 years of Hillsboro, passed away on Monday, September 16, 2024. She was born November 24, 1942, in Vinton County Ohio., the daughter of the late Charles V. and Emma M. (Beech) Hutchinson. Besides her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Eugene Miller, son, Ronald Eugene Miller, sisters, Helen Louise Harvey, Donna Kay Wall and brother, Jack Hutchinson.
