Nancy’s Obituary Nancy Clarke Stogner went to be with her Lord on September 11, 2024. She was born in Fort Worth, Texas on September 15, 1938 to Lucille White Clarke and Walter H. Clarke. Nancy was an Arlington Heights High School alum and continued her education at The University of Oklahoma and Texas Christian University.
