Obituary Melba Jean Sutterfield was born on September 15, 1949, in Bonham, Texas. Six days after her 75th birthday, she passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2024, in Sherman, Texas. She was proud of her work as the Child Nutrition Supervisor for Sherman Independent School District where she served for 42 years before retiring in 2022. Melba enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and traveling the U.S. to attend bowling tournaments with her husband and bowling friends. She was preceded in…
