Lyle D. Reitmeier, 81, of Battle Creek, MI, passed away in a hospital there on Monday, March 18, 2024. Lyle was born in Bethesda Hospital, Crookston, on March 31, 1942, the son of Leonard William and Amelia “Amy” (Drumheller) Reitmeier. His early years were spent growing up on a farm north of Crookston with his brother, Allan Lee, and sister, Merry Ann. He was baptized and confirmed in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Crookston.
