Linda Joy Newman, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and community leader, passed away on September 4, 2024, at the age of 80. Born on October 25, 1943, in Winnsboro, Texas, Linda was the cherished daughter of Joe Tom Kennemer and Frances Turner Kenney. Linda spent her formative years in her hometown of Winnsboro, where she was deeply rooted in both her family and community. She pursued higher education at Paris Junior College before embarking on a dedicated career in healthcare administration…
